Process automation.

Automation consulting to remove repetitive tasks, connect your tools and ship workflow automation in production in weeks. Intelligent automation with Make, n8n, RPA and an AI layer where it adds value, technology solutions for businesses pursuing business process improvement gradually, without big leaps.

The pains we see most often.

  • Billing

Generating invoices manually, re-keying data between systems, chasing payments by email.

  • Reports

Building the same monthly report by stitching spreadsheets, CRMs and PDFs for 3 hours.

  • Task management

Internal tasks that repeat every week or every month: assigning work, reminding deadlines, checking statuses, updating tracking. Coordination work a well-designed flow handles on its own.

  • Onboarding

Bringing on a new client or employee takes 6 manual steps across 4 different applications. Same goes for off-boarding, with the added problem that it gets forgotten more often.

  • Inbound email

Manually classifying, prioritizing and routing emails that should assign themselves based on sender, subject or content.

  • Lead capture

Leads coming through 5 different channels, getting lost between WhatsApp, email and sticky notes.

Four connected steps, from diagnosis to handover.

Each step depends on the previous one. We diagnose before designing, design before implementing and implement before training your team.

  1. 01

    Initial diagnosis

In the first days we map how the process actually works, not how it gets described in meetings. We identify bottlenecks, tools involved, available data and people who intervene.

  2. 02

    Flow design

We define how the process will look once automated: which steps remain, which disappear, what inputs and outputs each stage has. Before touching anything we make sure the redesign makes sense.

  3. 03

    Production implementation

We build the flow with Make, n8n, Zapier or custom scripts depending on the case. We test it against real data, not mock-ups, and leave it running with your team present.

  4. 04

    Training and handover

We document the flow in a format your team understands and can maintain. We run training sessions so any later adjustment can be made without depending on us.

What you'll ask before deciding.

01

How is this different from an audit?

At the end of the project there is a process running in production, not a report. Pure audits have their place in large consultancies; our client needs to see something live and operational from week one.

02

What if the process is more complex than expected?

Each project focuses on one process with closed scope. If we detect it is wider than expected, we say so on the prep call and agree on a different format before signing. No surprises mid-project.

03

Do we have to switch software?

Usually not. We work with what you already have. We only recommend swapping a tool when the cost of keeping it is greater than replacing it, and that decision is a separate conversation.

04

What technologies do you use?

Make, n8n or Zapier for the bulk of automations. Python or TypeScript for custom integrations. OpenAI or Anthropic for AI layers. We pick the tool by case, not by trend.

05

Do you work outside Spain?

We are based in Palma de Mallorca. We work with clients across Spain remotely. We accept international clients when the project fits; the marketing and offer are in Spanish by deliberate choice.

06

How do we start?

A first video call to understand your case and see if we fit. If we do, a closed proposal in days. If we don't, we say so and each of us gets back to our own business.

Put the process that holds you back to work by itself.

Tell us which repetitive task takes up most of your week. In the first conversation we validate whether automating it makes sense and how we'd approach it.
